ATMOSPHERIC BUBBLING FLUIDIZED BED COMBUSTION BOILERS
NTPL’s Fluidized Bed Combustion (FBC) boilers are designed to efficiently fire a diverse range of fuels, including coal, lignite, biomass (such as rice husk, cotton stalk, and wood chips), and industrial waste fuels like petcoke, char, and dolo char. Engineered for eco-friendly operation, these boilers achieve high efficiency with minimal emissions, making them a cost-effective and reliable alternative to conventional solid fuel-fired systems. The bubbling-type Atmospheric Fluidized Bed Combustion (AFBC) boiler offers exceptional fuel flexibility while optimizing combustion through a staged secondary air system. Key features include multi-fuel firing capability, a machine-welded membrane panel for durability, a bed evaporator design for improved temperature control and reliability, and both overbed and underbed feed system options. Additionally, pin studs are welded on in-bed surfaces to enhance heat transfer, and a hopper-bottom design is available for specific applications. By integrating these advanced design elements, NTPL ensures superior performance, reduced capital and operating costs, and sustainable energy solutions for industrial applications.
